Ingredient
Minced mud carp 12 taels
Bacon 5 slices
Spring roll sheets 6 sheets
Sectioned spring onion 6 stalks
Deep fry batter as desired
Method
Cut bacon in halves.
Lay a piece of spring roll sheet on a table. Place bacon in the middle
Spread minced mud carp on the bacon. Place a sectioned spring onion in the middle.
Fold left and right sides inwards. Roll up as spring roll and seal with deep fry batter.
Heat oil. Deep fry until golden brown in hot-and-warm oil. Drain and serve in slices.
