Ingredient
Oysters 8
Water 4 taels
Rice flour 3 taels
Oil 2 taels
Seasoning
Spring onion (chopped) 1 stalk
Coriander (chopped ) 2 stalks
Method
Mixed rice flour with water. Add seasonings and stir well.
Dip oysters in rice flour batter. Put in a wok all together. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
Separate the oysters with Chinese turner and put on a serving plate
