Ingredient
150g Chao Zhou thin noodles (main xian)
200g pork slices
200g flowing chieves (cut into sections)
200g bean sprouts
2 cloves shallot (sliced)
Seasoning
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp water
Method
Scald thin noodles in boiling water for 1 minute. Rinse with running water. Drain.
Heat up 1 tbsp oil. Saute shallot till fragrant. Add pork slices and sauté till done.Add noodles. Stir fry thoroughly. Dish up. Serve.
Heat up 2 tbsp oil. Add bean sprouts and flowering chives. Stir fry till done. Add noodles and seasoning. Stir well. Dish up. Serve.
