Ingredient
3 tbsp dadi fish flakes (diced finely)
100g minced pork
1 celery stalk (diced)
2 bowls cold rice
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
1 tsp minced shallot
Seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp fish sauce
1/4 cup chicken stock
Sauce
Marinade:
1 tsp light soy sauce
1/2 tsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1tsp sugar
1 tsp corn starch
1/2 tsp sesame oil
Method
Mix well minced pork with marinade ingredients. Leave it for 15 minutes.
Heat up 1 tbsp oil. Satue minced garlic, ginger and shallot till fragrant. Add minced pork and stir fry till done. Add rice and seasoning. Stir well. Add celery and fish flakes. Stir fry till done. Serve.
