Ingredient
200g pork (cut into strips)
200g preserved mustard green (cut into shreds)
2 slices ginger (cut into shreds)
1 small hot chili (cut into shreds)
Seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
Sauce
Marinade:
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp fish sauce
Method
Marinade pork strips and leave it for 1/2 hour. Soak mustard green shreds in water for 1/2 hour. Then add some sugar. Mix well with mustard green.
Heat up 1 tbsp oil. Saute ginger shreds and chili shreds till fragrant. Add pork strips. Stir fry till done.
Add preserved mustard green and seasoning. Stir well. Serve.
