Ingredient
Diamond seabass 1 catty and 4 taels
Shitake mushrooms 4
Shredded pork as desired
Shredded ginger 1 tbsp
Shredded spring onion 2 tbsp
Seasoning
Marinade for shitake mushroom and pork:
Soy 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Corn starch 1/2 tsp
Oil a few drops
Sauce
Thickening:
Corn starch 1 ts
Method
Soak and shred shitake mushroom. Marinate shitake mushroom and pork
Put shitake mushroom, pork and ginger on top of the fish. Steam for 8 minutes.
Sprinkle with spring onion. Pour boiling oil and soy over the fish.
