Ingredient
Neck of beef 1.5 catty
Butter 1 thick slice
Seasoning
Soy 1 tbsp
Sauce
Thickening:
Corn starch 1 tsp
Method
Cut neck of beef into 0.5cm half palm-size slices.
Melt butter in a non-stick pan. Pan-fry the neck of beef for 20 seconds to 1 minute on each side depending on your taste.
Turn off heat, then drizzle with soy and stir well. Put on a serving plate.
