Ingredient
Belly pork 5 taels
Large dried shrimps 1 tael
Shredded ginger a few
Seasoning
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
Oil 1 tsp
Salt 1/8 tsp
Sugar a pinch
Method
Soak large dried shrimps. Drain.
Cut belly pork in think slices. Mix with seasonings. Line up on a serving plate.
Put large dired shrimp and shredded ginger on the top of belly pork. Steam for10 minutes.
