Ingredient
1/2 Luo Han Guo
2 taels sweet and bitter almonds (80g)
8 taels lean pork (320g)
4 candied dates
8 bowls water
Method
Wash Luo Han Guo, dates and sweet and bitter almonds.
Wash lean pork and scald with boiling water. Rinse with water.
Boil water. Put in Luo Han Guo, dates, sweet and bitter almonds and lean pork. Bring it to boil over high heat. Reduce to low heat and simmer for 2 hours. Add salt. Serve.
