Ingredient
1 tael Zhen Zhu meat (40g)
1 tael Huai Shan (40g)
2 taels lotus seed (80g)
2 taels Fox nuts (80g)
1 tael lily bulb (40g)
2 taels lentil (80g)
5 maces dried longan (20g)
8 taels lean pork (320g)
12 bowls water
Method
Wash dried longan and soak for 20 minutes.
Wash Zhen Zhu meat, Huai Shan, lotus seed, fox nuts, lily bulb and lentil.
Wash lean pork and scald with boiling water. Rinse with water.
Boil water. Put in all ingredients and simmer over high heat till boiling. Reduce to low heat and simmer for 2 hours. Add salt. Serve.
