Monkey Head Mushroom and Conch Soup

Ingredient

5 money head mushroom
3 taels conch slices (120g)
2 carrots
2 stalks sweet corn
6 taels lean pork (240g)
8 bowls water

Method

Wash mushroom and soak till soft. Wash lean pork and scald with boiling water. Rinse with water.
Wash conch slices and soak till soft. Scald with boiling water. Rinse with water.
Peel carrots. Wash and cut into small pieces. Wash sweet corn and cut into half.
Boil water. Add mushroom, conch slices, carrot and sweet corn. Simmer over medium heat for 2 hours. Add salt. Serve.
