Chinese Wolfberry Leaves and Pork Liver Soup

Ingredient

1 catty Chinese Wolfberry Leaves (Gua Gei) (640g)
6 taels pork liver (240g)
1 slice ginger
5 bowls water

Method

Wash Chinese Wolfberry Leaves. Remove stem and keep leaves.
Wash pork liver. Marinade with some salt and slice it.
Boil water. Add Wolfberry leaves and ginger. Cook over high heat till leaves are cooked. Reduce to low heat and add pork liver slices. When liver slices are cooked , add salt. Serve.
