Ingredient
1 catty winter melon (640g)
8 taels medium size prawns (320g)
8 shitake mushrooms
10 taels lean pork (400g)
8 dried scallops
5 bowls water
Method
Wash dried scallop and soak till soft. Shred it. Soak mushroom till soft. Remove stem and dice it. Blanch prawns. Remove shell and dice.
Wash winter melon. Remove skin and dice it. Dice lean pork and marinade with some salt.
Boil water. Add all ingredients and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes. Add salt. Serve.
