Salted Egg and Hairy Gourd Soup

Ingredient

    2 hairy gourd

    2 salted egg

    8 taels lean pork (sliced) (300g)

    2 slices ginger

    5 bowls water

    
Seasoning

    1 tsp light soy sauce

    1/4 tsp salt

Method

    Peel hairy gourd. Wash and cut into pieces.

    Marinade pork slices with seasoning.

    Boil water. Add ginger slices, hairy gourd and pork slices. Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes,

    Add salted egg and cook for 5 minutes. Stir constantly with chopstick. Serve.
