 
        Soup - Sea Dragon, Sea Horse and Chuan Bei Soup
Ingredient
    1 tael sea dragon (Hai Lung) (40g)
    1 tael sea horse (40g)
    1 tael Chuan Bei (40g)
    1 tael sea coconut (40g)
    1 tbsp sweet and bitter almond
    4 figs (Wu Hua Guo)
    1 catty pork shank (640g)
    3 candied dates
    1 piece dried tangerine peel
    10 bowls water
    
Method
    Wash pork shank and scald in boiling water. Rinse pork. Wash sea dragon and sea horse. Scald in boiling water and rinse. Set aside.
    Wash figs. Soak tangerine peel till soft. Scrape off seed pouch and wash peel.
    Boil water. Add all ingredients and bring it to boil. Simmer over low heat for 3 hours. Add salt. Serve.
