Ingredient
1 green turnip
1 carrot
3 dried duck
8 taels spare ribs (320g)
1 piece tangerine peel
12 bowls water
Method
Soak tangerine peel till soft. Scrape off seed pouch. Wash peel and set aside.
Peel green turnip and carrot. Cut into big pieces.
Wash dried duck kidneys. Wash spareribs and scald with boiling water. Wash with water again.
Boil water. Add green turnip, carrot, spareribs, kidneys and tangerine peel. Simmer over low heat for 2 hours. Add salt. Serve.
