 
        Ingredient
    150g lean pork
    12g Chinese bitter and sweet almonds
    5 honey dates
    10 figs
    
Seasoning
    Some salt
Method
    Rinse and drain Chinese almonds and honey dates briefly. Trim figs (optional)
    Scald and rinse lean pork.
    Boil a pot of water. Add in all the ingredients and bring it to boil. Turn to mild heat and boil for 2 hours. Season with some salt. Dish up and serve.
