Ingredient
450g rib steak
2 oranges
1 teaspoon mashed garlic
2 tablespoons diced onions
some red chili shreds and coriander
Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon each of salt, sugar, light soy sauce and mashed garlic
2 teaspoons each of orange juice and water
1 teaspoon each of orange wine and cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
Sauce
1/4 teaspoon each of light soy sauce and salt
1 teaspoon each of ketchup and sugar
1 1/4 teaspoons totato starch
2 teaspoons each of orange juice and water
Method
Peel and slice one of the orange, squeeze juice out from another one as cornstarch solution and marinade.
Clean the rib steak, pat dry, mix well with the marinade and let stand for above 2 hours, drain, scald in warm oil, strain oil off.
Heating 1 tablespoon of oil , saute the mashed garlic with diced onions and red chili shreds, dump the rib steak in and cook for 5 minutes, stir in cornstarch solution, bring to the boil, add the orange slices and mix well, sow in coriander to serve.
