Ingredient
180g shin of pork
1/4 lotus leaf
40g haw
20g raw job's tears
20g fried job's tears
Seasoning
Some salt
Method
Wash the lotus leaf.
Scald the shin of pork. Wash.
Wash haw and job's tears.
Put all ingredients and 8 cups of water into a pot. Bring the the boil over high heat. Then turn to medium heat and simmer for 1 hours. Season with salt.
