Ingredient
1 piece spareribs (720g)
Seasoning
Marinade:
3 tablespoons roast pork sauce (char siu sauce)
1 tablespoon each of garlic powder and tapioca starch
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons each of oyster sauce and peanut oil
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons mixed herb
Method
Wash spareribs clean, cut pattern on surface and wipe dry.
Stir marinade to make thick paste, apply evenly onto spareribs and leave aside for 2 to 3 hours.
Bake in oven in medium heat about 190℃ for 30 to 40 minutes until golden yellow and thoroughly cooked.
