Ingredient
80g minced pork
70g pickled radish
3 eggs (beaten)
3 stalks coriander (chopped finely)
1 stalk spring onion (chopped finely)
1 tsp sugar
Seasoning
1/4 tsp fish sauce
1/4 tsp sugar
Method
Rinse pickled radish and dice. Marinade with sugar for 20 minutes.
Mix minced pork with diced pickled radish and beaten eggs. Add seasoning and mix well. Add chopped coriander and spring onion. Mix well.
Heat up 1 tbsp oil. Pour in suitable amount of egg batter in frying pan. Pan fry over low heat till one side turns golden. Turn omelette over and pan fry the other side till done. Dish up.
