Ingredient
230g clam meat
150g flowering chive
1 tsp minced garlic
2 hot chili (cut finely)
1 clove shallot (diced)
Seasoning
2 tsp fish sauce
1/4 tsp sugar
Pepper to taste
Method
Rinse clam meat. Drain and set aside.
Rinse flowering chives. Cut into small sections. Set aside.
Heat up 1 tbsp oil. Saute garlic, shallot and chili till fragrant. Add clam meat and flowering chives. Stir fry for a while. Add seasoning. Saute till all ingredients are done. Serve.
