Ingredient
1 big red crab
6 cloves shallot (peeled)
1 tsp prickly ash
1/4 onion (cut into thin strips)
Seasoning
1 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tsp Shao Xing wine
Method
Brush and clean red crab with small brush. Remove inner organs and chop into pieces. Set aside.
Heat up 2 tbsp oil. Saute shallot till fragrant. Add prickly asj, onion strips and crab pieces. Stir fry for a while. Add seasoning. Cover wok and cook over low heat for 10 minutes till crab pieces are done. Dish up. Serve.
