Ingredient
500g taro
300g sugar
1 stalk spring onion (chopped finely)
1/3 cup water
Method
Peel taro and cut into square pole shape. Put into wok with oil. Deep fry till done. Dish up and drain.
Add sugar and water into frying pan. Add chopped spring onion and tarp pieces. Stir well till taro is coated with sugar. Serve.
