Brow Bean, Dried Mussel and Pig's Bone Soup

Ingredient

75g brow beans
75g peanuts
38g dried mussels
300g pig's bones
6 chilcken's feet (remove nails)
4 red date (core)
1/4 piece dried tangerine peel
2 slices ginger
Salt as desired
Light soy sauce as desired

Method

Wash chicken's feet and blanch with pig's bones in boiled water. Rinse.
Wash dried mussels, peanuts, brow beans and red dates. Soak dried tangerine peel until tender and remove pith.
Bring suitable amount of water to the boil with dried tangerine peel. Put in all ingredients and boil for 5 minutes. Turn to low heat and cook for 2 hours. Season with salt and light soy sauce. Serve.
