Ingredient
19g wood ear
20 red dates (core)
1/2 black-skinned chicken
2 slices ginger
Method
1 Wash chicken. Soak wood ear until soft. Cut the stalks off the caps and cut wood ear into small pieces.
Bring 8 cups of water to the boil. Add all ingredients. Bring to the boil over heat. Turn to low heat and cook for 2 hours. Season with salt and serve.
