Ingredient
19g Huai Shan
15g lotus seeds
15g dried longgans
15g Dang Sheng
15g Bei Qi
12g Qi Zi
6 red dates(core)
600g shin of pork with tendon
Salt a pinch
Method
Wah all herbs.
Scald shin of wok.
Bring 8 cups of water in to the boil. Add all ingredients. Bring to the boil over high heat. Turn to low heat and cook for 2 hours. Season with salt and serve.
