Ingredient
1 tael Zhen Zhu meat (40g)
1 tael Indian Buead (40g) Fook Lin)
2 maces wild lingzhi (8g)
6 maces dried longan (24g)
5 maces Chinese Wolfberries (20g)
12 taels lean pork (480g)
12 bowls water
Method
Wash dried longan and soak for 20 minutes.
Wash Zhen Zhu meat, Indian Buead, wild lingzhi and Chinese wolfberries.
Wash lean pork and scald in boiling water. Rinse with water.
Boil water. Put in all ingredients. Simmer over high heat till boiling Reduce to low heat and simmer for 2 hours. Add salt. Serve.
