Ingredient
2 stalks sweet corn
1 carrot
1/2 water melon
2 pig's tongue
10 bowls water
Method
Wash sweet corn and cut into half. Remove water melon skin and cut its fruit into big pieces. Peel carrot . Wash and slice it.
Wash pig's tongue and scald with boiling water. Rinse.
Boil water. Add corn, water melon and pig's tongue. Simmer over low heat for 3 hours. Add salt. Serve.
