Ingredient
4 apples
8 taels lean pork (320g)
2 taels sweet and bitter almonds (Nam Bak Hang) (80g)
4 candied dates
8 bowls water
Method
Wash and slice each apple into 4 wedges. Remove seed.
Wash lean pork and scald with boiling water. Rinse with water. Wash sweet and bitter almonds and dates.
Boil water. Add apples, pork, sweet and bitter almonds and dates. Simmer over low heat for 2 hours. Add salt. Serve.
