Ingredient
2 bitter gourd
14 taels spare ribs (560g)
2 taels soy bean (80g)
10 bowls water
Method
Wash bitter gourd, remove seeds and cut into thick slices.
Wash spare ribs and scald in boiling water. Rinse with water. Wash soy beans.
Boil water. Add bitter gourd, spare ribs and soy beans. Simmer over low heat for 2 hours. Add salt. Serve.
