Ingredient
1/2 catty pork spare rib (320g)
1 lotus root
10 bowls water
Method
Wash spare rib and scald in boiling water. Wash again and drain. Set aside.
Peel lotus root and remove the knots. Wash and cut into thick pieces.
Boil water. Add lotus root and spare ribs. Simmer for 2 hours. Add salt. Serve.
